The Romagna cuisine, as you know, is acclaimed by everyone! Thanks to its raw materials and the technical contributions of the azdore (housekeepers) you can create delicacies! Mosaico Hotel and the Osteria Passatelli del Mariani Lifestyle tavern offer you a chance to cook some of the typical local dishes, accompanied by expert chefs, who have learned all the necessary knowledge by our unparalleled azdore!

The cooking course, which lasts 1.30/2 hours, is restricted to a fixed number of participants, so you’ll have to book in advance.

Course fee with lunch included: € 75,00.

Lunch includes all dishes prepared during the course, in addition to meats and cheeses, water, coffee and wine.
